Metadata translation to Spanish #142

Title and short and full descriptions are translated to Spanish. Screenshots of the application in Spanish are also provided.

Thanks for the PR. One minor request: the other translations use the longer "language-COUNTRY" code for the folder name (e.g. "en-US"). Could we please keep it consistent? Other than that I see no problems, you can then unmark it as draft so I can merge it.

No, it was done to begin with, but I wanted to give the translation colleagues some time to check it out.
