W11 Auto-accept downloads does Not work. #16

but with manual accept works ok.

I've just installed Windows 11 in a virtual machine to verify and auto accept seems to work fine. Did you resolve your issue or could you describe it in more detail how to reproduce it (after a fresh installation and configuration deleted (AppData\Local\slowscript\Warpinator.exe_*))?
