Only Fetch Opponent Stats

When launching the application we fetch our current rank data, therefore we dont need to re-fetch before a ranked game ends.

Opponents rank data only need to be fetched when gameNumber is 0

If new game and all players have a connect code:

• fetch opponent stats
• returns opponent stats and existing user stat
