Utility to replay zmq data

Replay data saved in one of the supported data formats (start with raw). Important for testing the zmq functionality

Arguments:

• file name to read from
• starting zmq port (from the file figure out how many streams we need )
• fps
• loop [0,1] stream the file once or keep looping over the frames

./restream test_file_master_0.json --fps 10 --port 4545

Note:

• We need to stream the subfiles on different zmq ports to emulate the real detector
