JF 1.1: Electron collection command #889

In the previous release (8..0.0), touching 0x5d reconfigures chip. Remove that? and add electron collection command which will reconfigure the chip.

command name: collectionmode arguments: hole (0 default) electron (1)

Yes, remove it. With the new electron collection command there is no need to reconfigure the chip when touching bit #14 of register 0x5D
