Tuya switch (TS0011,TS0012,TS0013) (no neutral) automatically switchoff after 1-3 minute timeout. #116

SLS:2021.05.12d1 zigbee module: CC2538 (ver 20201010)

Just after joining, TS001x module automatically switch off light after 1-3 minutes timeout.

I quick google issue and found similar reports from other gateways: https://github.com/dresden-elektronik/deconz-rest-plugin/issues/3693 https://github.com/zigpy/zha-device-handlers/issues/826

It look like issue with incorect working with GEN_TIME cluster.

TS0013 has ManufName: _TZ3000_wyhuocal TS0011 has ManufName: _TZ3000_9hpxg80k
