Long Medical Test description cannot be captured

It is quite realistic for medical test descriptions to be quite long such as long medical procedure names or to include relevant information such as patient's conditions or allergies.

An example command would be aa n/alex tan s/2021-10-11 12:00 d/Dioni Yong t/X-Ray of the bone chest with a vaccination which may be affected by platelets count high urgency with a mammogram and dialysis in place. However, this cannot be captured fully on the UI.

This would be low-medium severity, depending on the nature of the most commonly done procedures.
