Admin - View all donors #115

Admin should be able to view a list of all the donors in a tabular format with options to search and filter. image

@SreejaReddytr Could you please break down this task and add some sub-tasks to clarify it? As I've seen the search and filter are not working and we need the API for them, I guess it is better to have a separate tasks for front-end and back-end part. I'd like to know your idea about this suggestion.
