Show message for old browsers (IE11, Firefox 52 esr) #182

This PR does:

show message about outdated browser
- only on browsers not supporting the nomodule attribute of the script-tag (IE11, Firefox 52)
- possibility to hide the message
This will close #173. IE 11 won't be supported anymore!

Besides this, minor changes have been done:

Update js.cookie from https://github.com/js-cookie/js-cookie
Removes "hidden" feature on pageview (render all JavaScript and remove "hidden" which leads to problems if JavaScript dies in the meanwhile)
