Missing Buttons for Fullscreen and Imagemanipulation #92

The icon for fullscreen mode "is gone" with one of the last bugfixes. The button is white.

The button for imagemanipulation is not visible at all.

The imagemanipulation button is missing, because of an issue in Kitodo.Presentation if the requested images is redirected. This has to be further investigated. In case of digital.slub-dresden.de I just removed the forced redirect to HTTPS.

The fullscreen mode button is another issue.
