Remove references to DMOnt tables #5

In Configuration/TCA, some tables in DMOnt are referenced (wrongfully as belonging to DMNorm). These references should be removed. Probably, DMOnt needs to define its own GndWork class.

Additionally, data fields and TCA entries should be checked.
