Move from xpathing to generateDS-based API #29

Starting with the MODS part of the METS to be converted, automatically generated Python code is used for reading data from XML. The Python representation of the MODS schema was built using generateDS. The generated code is omitted from the unit tests.

@kba Could you have a look why CCI was not triggered when filing this PR?

It looks like the tests actually ran when I logged manually into CircleCI. But the notification does not show up here...
