I tried to recreate the Github Action in a fork and… well… linting does not work at all. I have no clue why since I copied your pythonpackage.yml to create my Github Action. But I can get the pytest to work if I follow this advice (https://github.com/pytest-dev/pytest/issues/2287) and add pip install -e . after installing the requirements (see https://github.com/Erikmitk/mets-mods2teiHeader/runs/312438919). It fails for 3.5 though.

Thanks @Erikmitk . Maybe it is still a little to beta? Let's stick to CircleCI for now.
