Extend OCR_Workflow with automatic task after Export DMS and improves existing ocr script task
Extend the example data for using script task
Splits example data and necessary data in Makefile and resource directory
Extend and improve documentation to use these script tasks

@bertsky The script_ocr.sh is renamed to script_ocr_process_dir.sh an does not include the patch from https://github.com/markusweigelt/ocrd_manager/pull/35#issuecomment-1261493971. I will create a new PR for that to avoid the confusion of mixing the changes.
