Add ripple package #1

This PR adds the first package to this collection of Material Design components:

The package ripple serves the following functionalities: :rocket:

Used as a child this component adds a ripple effect to its parent that gets activated on the press.
The ripple stays even after the animation ended until the button is released

[x] Split the index file into multiple pieces [NEW PR]
[x] Add comments [NEW PR]
[x] Make the animation follow the material design guidelines properly
