Support repeated Lists and Sets #10

We need to allow users to specify Lists and Sets that should be repeated (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Repeat_sign)

Could potentially support the 𝄆 and 𝄇 Unicode characters, but that would be pretty different from the syntax we support now.

Works as of #29
