I have followed instructions to set the game up, the game loads but when I go to create a lobby it says "server didn't respond to modded handshake" can anyone please help

This is a reactor cfg problem when you try to play on official servers. Need to go to your among us folder, then bepinex folder, configs, and change reactor cfg to modded handshake false. Or you can set up a private impostor server
