Comfort Cloud API returning `Forbidden` #13

Currently the Comfort Cloud API is returning forbidden due to app version mismatch. pcomfortcloud needs to be updated once the problem has been resolved in the underlying library.

Hello,

For those wanted to work on this, they apparently changed also the login routine. Folks at panasonic_cc have sniffed api calls, here is the related issue there also

Workaround fix added in #12, version 0.4.1 verified to work again
