Very vague ...

Ideas:

• certain emojis for leaders
• variable return ... on occasion, someone who does 20 or whatever will get funny response (gif, humorous statement for being really good or not good)
• certain emojis for slackers

I particularly like the variable return idea, keeps things interesting and fun to see what happens.

To tail on to your ideas the other thing I thought of but haven't had the chance to look at yet is how to encourage bigger sets and more participation so it's not just about getting your name on the leaderboard. Some things swilling in my head:

• Call out when someone has done a lot in a single day, regardless of their overall rank
• Funny and encouraging gifs/reactions/responses for when reps are entered in quick succession from multiple people (encouraging particpating as a group)
• Funny and encouraging gifs/reactions/responses to recording big reps
• Rewarding past slackers when they do eventually participate
