Advanced split phasing gone #109

After the update I do not see the option for advanced split phasing or protected left turns.

I understand the intersection requires at least either dedicated left or right turning lanes. Both of these options have always worked perfectly in my games. Has something happened? My cities kind of depend on these options working and it's the main reason fo having this mod.

It's weird because I still saw the option on other intersections that were already set up. If it's about detecting valid options, I'd rather have the option not work properly (for example when lanes are not set up right) than not have the option at all.

I thought it may have something to do with road builder but the existing ones seemed fine. Have not yet tried making new ones with or without road builder to find out the exact conditions for advanced split phasing or protected lefts to show up.

I have only tried 3 and 4 way junctions.

In a new game these issues have not shown up

I hope to improve options validation in the future. In the meantime, the custom phases feature is in development, which should help mitigate this problem.
