Feature request: Hotkey command for move to next/prev scope #1889

It would be awesome if we could quickly move to the next scope like in VAX "Alt+Arrow Down" or at least move to the next brace like in VS "Ctrl+]". This really helps with quick navigation across large files and complex scopes in the codebase.
