Get highlights/pings from channels you haven't joined

Since people on discord can't really know which channels you actually are on, some pings might go unnoticed until you open the discord app.

One possible fix would be putting all messages that ping you from all channels put on a special channel only for mentions

Then you'd get a notification if someone is pinging you on a channel you're not really following.

If possible, this probably should tie into Discord's notification settings so you don't get pings for activity in channels/servers you've muted.
