users lacking permission to be in private channels are displayed as in them anway in bitblbee-discord #162

Users who lack permission to be in certain channels, should not show up in in the channel list. In the webapp they don't show up in said channels, when they lack permissions to be in them, but in irc side they do.

Any chance of this getting any serious attention? I'd be ever grateful if this could be fixed.

This is discord's fault and not the responsibility of bitlbee-discord. It is trivial to leak them using the api
