Feature removed since 0.9.18 ?

I can't select weapon with my joypad (with left joysitck)

1. When your turn (open your weapon box)
2. try select your weapon (without mouse but only with a joypad)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In 0.9.17 I can choose my weapon with my joypad but not since the next release 
(it move camera instead)

Actually i use 0.9.20

If this feature has been removed please re-add this

French version :

Je ne peux plus selectionner mon arme avec ma manette (joystick gauche)
à la place il me déplace la caméra (depuis la version 0.9.18)

Pendant votre tour, ouvrez le menu arme puis tentez de selectionner l'arme 
Sans utiliser la souris

Cette fonctionnalité très utile à été retiré, je souhaiterais dans ce cas 
qu'il puisse être remis svp

Might be a regression, I hope some dev with joypad can verify and fix this 
issue :)
