Seduction Still Works if Hog Frozen.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In a Highlander game (haven't tested other modes)
2. Freeze opposing hogs
4. Use Seduction within range of hog

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect nothing, Frozen hogs can't be Seduced?
Frozen hog is seduced.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Hedgewars 0.9.20.5-12
Debian 64

Please provide any additional information below.

I have a demo which shows the entire match.  Around minute 14 is where I seduce 
a frozen hog into the portal.  I don't seem able to attach anything though.

I left this in on purpose, but... I do agree it is a bit odd, and given how 
helpless they are, why not give them one more protection.  Alright, I'll ban 
seduction of frozen hogs.

Could we have 'her' Heat thaw them as part or all of the Seduction?  
Maybe still throw them, so it is a rescue option for frozen hogs but still 
risky...
