Typo in ChangeLog.txt: “Dismissteam” instead of “DismissTeam”

There’s a typo in the changelog:

Dismissteam(teamname) -- removes a team from the game (note: if you used loc() 
on teamnames, don't forget to the translated teamname here too)

But the function is actually called “DismissTeam”.

And DismissTeam is actually not a new function, it can be seen in much older 
scripts. DismissTeam was however broken for some time iirc (I’m not sure when 
and for how long).
