Rubber has pixels in unexpected positions for vertical and rising diagonal orientation #903

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Place rubber vertically or diagonally (rising)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect that no unexpected pixels are drawn at unexpected places.
Actually some extra-pixels are drawn at unexpected places and become part of
the landscape.
It is difficult to explain, see this screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/gcGSkgc.png

I drew circles around the pixels. They both are part of the landscape and they
are both bouncy.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.21 on GNU/Linux.

Please provide any additional information below.
When using rubber online, I experience *no* desync, so this seems to be a
problem among many players.
You will also notice the faulty pixels when trying to place the rubber on land,
the unexpected pixels will blink in red just like the rest of the rubber.

This may be a dupe too

And, yeah, sorry about that. I did look for someone to doublecheck that day,
but couldn't find anyone so just hoped I'd done it right.
