Problem connecting from PC to node #201

I am having issues connecting to my simplex node from another computer running EchoLink (basic, non sysop mode). When I put in my node number that the svx is on from a pc or cell phone, I can't get it to connect. Also when I connect to the test server from my svx location, either by another radio or on the keyboard (9999#) I can get it to connect to the test server and it will play back my recording, but I never get the standard announcement from Echolink "welcome to the Echolink test server. This server helps you test your audio...............fell free to use it as often as you like." I believe the two problems are related, as if something is not getting through a port or something. I have the ports forwarded in my router and the server test passes when I run it from a Windows machine with Echolink (udp ports 5198, 5199 and the port 5200. Do I need to set something else, maybe in ModuleEchoLink.conf, or somewhere?

I think I found my problem- I'm running an Asus router behind a Comcast router/cable modem, the Comcast router is not letting the ports through that I opened up in the Asus. I need to run the Comcast in full bridge mode, so it just becomes a dumb modem and I can use the Asus for forwarding, firewall, etc.
