Connect to ipaddress not callsign #224

I have two svxlink systems running on Raspberry Pi's. If i use Qtel i can connect to the other Pi using the internal IPaddress. (VPN) how can i do this with bare svxlink server. I prefer with autoconnect like AUTOCON_ECHOLINK_ID=xxxxx

That is not implemented in SvxLink server.
