Use gganimate #2

gganimate to be implemented in producing animations for:

  1. Illustration on the placements of random chords resulting from each method
  2. Plot of Pr(A) against n(S)

Animating "Plot of Pr(A) against n(S)" not needed as it does not really make the initial graph better
