A number of minor style fixes #27

Changed all tabs to spaces - as used by Arduino IDE by default
Fixed all indentations
Removed all trailing whitespace
Homogenized source file headers including
- Project name
- File purpose summary
- License notice
Removed change logs from files - this function is covered by git

This should probably have been on the development branch. Where did that go? Is api_via_mqtt actually develop? If so, I can redo the changes and make a pull request to the right branch.

I'm planning to do quite a bit of cleanup in the code base, and would like to start at the right point.

HI, we have removed the develop branch due to some issues we had in that branch and started a new clean develop based on master. Both project53, ola5.3 and api_via_mqtt will not me merged back to develop. We will probably pick some of that changes into develop but take small steps instead of big changes.. I like your PR and will merge it into the develop branch. Thanks!
