D2 on top shield #44

d2 on the top shield is missing a trace to ground as well as to r17

I assume you mean the Topsköld 1.8e provided by http://www.microcutter.se. I suggest you contact microcutter for support. This repository is focused on the Liam software, which may or may not be used with the Top Shield.

Also, D2 is connected to ground via capacitor C6, and is not supposed to be connected to R17 according to the circuit diagram: https://microcutter.s3.amazonaws.com/uploads/download/file/76/DipTrace_Schematic_-_MC_Topp_18e.pdf
