please verify whether a Windows computer with installed libraries and added board will be able to build the binary
understand whether a Windows client is able to use locally installed libraries

Successfully cloned the project using GithubDesktop and compiled using my current Arduino IDE setup. Made an update sent back to github.com. Added Nextion hmi-file directory. OK on github.com. T
