Describe the bug
Other parts of the current milestone will identify image URLs, and then be able to have a local image file processed by Tesseract. However, the Textify Bot also cannot currently download images from identified URLs.
To Reproduce
Running the current code results in requested comments being identified, but no further processing from occurring.
Expected behavior
After extracting URLs from identified comments/submissions, the bot should download the image file from the internet and temporarily store it locally.
