I think we are ready to close v1.0.4 release. The point of this task is to tag the release and send the change log to the mailing list. One thing I'm probably going to do is to remove AUTHORS file, which is in my opinion very redundant thing to have when you maintain project in GIT. GIT log tells the truth really.
