Mouse over icon in cross-cancer query #336

On the cross-cancer query results page, there are two links now:

Genomic Profiles
Case Sets

When you mouse over the little icon, you see a mouse pointer icon.  When you 
mouse over the text, you see a different kind of icon.  They should both be the 
same, and I think you can easily fix this via CSS.
