Query Form does not Fail Gracefully for Cancer Studies that have no Genomic Profiles #93

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Go to:  http://miso-dev.cbio.mskcc.org:58080/gdac-portal/
2. Login
3. Select Kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma

What we see:

Under Genomic Profiles, there is nothing listed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

A message to the user: "No Genomic Profiles available for this Cancer Study"

Submit button should also be grayed out.

Should the other steps be hidden (Select case set, Enter gene set, Optional 
arguments) as well as graying out the submit button?

On the last question, I think graying out submit is enough.

This is now fixed.  I will test one last time on the GDAC portal.
