Bro, i think my problem was -if i remember correctyly- i've removed the hyper-v ethernet drive think which caused the issue, then i tried to install it again in device manager. Guess what, i f'd up my computer. thank to microsoft, i was able to format my computer without logging in (with repair tools). I am writing this with my fresh installed windows 10.
