Discharge port impossible to turn on #222

Hi! I just finalized several Li-ion batteries and everything is fine excepted for one. The discharge port is off and can not turn on. It keeps off, as you can see in this video, 30th second. Thanks a lot for your help if you have any ideas...

Hello. Problem solve: I just add the on/off jumper next to the balancing wires and welt them together.
