BMS JBD-AS21S002L21SEEPROM Can’t Access #250

Not sure if the PCB parts with 430 written on are midgets or resistors? Equally not sure how they should read but 3rd one from bottom working left side to right of the last resistors x3 as follows. 3rd up L 9.9v R 9.7 2nd up L 6.6v R 6.5v 1st L 3.2v R 0v

so I’m wondering if this is the problem with the lockout of BMS wrong as it doesn’t seem right. What do you think can you offer any guidance please. Not sure if there is a firmware flash. I know there is a password set on the front and back program. Thanks Mark

I get a 24v pulse for about 2seconds every 65seconds approximately. no sounds though from BMS opening closing the discharge port. BMS has both leds flash. Apps don’t run BMS but can access the Bluetooth and reset passwords.
