Classic - running updates #159

Minor generally marked the mount replacement quests as unobtainable as they were never implemented in Classic.

NOTE - please make sure that the Fishing Extravaganza dates are picked up in Classic, currently I am unsure as it is not apparently implemented, waiting a phased release.
