Did you just arrive at East Point Station? What were you doing with the UI? Did you have your map open with map pins displayed? Were you using the Wholly quest panel?

I had just arrived, and collected the quests on offer. I believe this error popped up as I collected the last of them, or when I opened Wholly to check them.

I have not been able to reproduce this. Perhaps there was an error in the data that has been corrected since.
