Missing quests #271

I've been on a hunt to complete every single quest out there, and I've noticed many quests do not show up on Wholly when they're available. I've mostly been ignoring the issue which is why I never noted any of them down before but right now I'm standing on "WANTED: Razorpaw!" which isn't shown on the map by Wholly, that uses Grail as the database.

I imagine the issue might be the new level of quests with the scaling zones. You should be able to workaround this for the time being by ensuring you are displaying hight level quests using Wholly's preferences.
