A few quest changes, a few more datapoints logged.

I am not sure why the Kunlai Summit quests are not offered even though Whiterock and our current knowledge say they should be there. I need to revisit the places on a non timewalking character.

The event handler for the expansion level requests is not done fully yet.

I assume this is still a work in progress since things like _HandleEventUpdateExpansionLevel are not yet implemented.

Yes. I will work on the dry coding later Got side tracked by a missing quest chain in the rift that I needed to fix first :)
