Wholly map button does not initially appear for brand-new character #25

Start a new character. The Wholly map pin appears to be selected to display in the preferences but it does not appear on the map. Switching the preference on and off makes it appear, and then it remains.

With the latest Wholly on GitHub this issue is fixed.
