Wholly button on Map covering coordinates in ElvUI's Map #40

As can be seen here, the Wholly button on the top left is covering where ElvUI displays the coordinates for where the cursor is at, which makes finding an NPC with the coordinates handily given by Wholly a bit more complicated.

With the https://github.com/smaitch/Wholly/commit/ae3fb1c952c28fc966ef47fb649b38df03687caf commit the Wholly button should appear to the left of the "World" button, and not interfere with other ElvUI UI elements.
