Rework initial config templating and regenerate docs

• update install notes to just show a success message
• fix initial config secret templating to range over lists properly
• fix postgresql uri templating + add postgresql port as var we pass around (and quote it in the values.yaml)
• fix yq script to update config.yaml vs homeserver.yaml and use colors when doing the init container
• make postgresql check if ready container run after the config generation init containers
• use args instead of command for mas-cli container
• use debian instead of alpine for templating scripting container

@cloudymax helped on this immensely. We both tested this on docker locally so many times D:
