Add matrix authentication service init #230

Description

This adds support for generating secrets for MAS (matrix-authentication-service) when you set apps.matrix.init.enabled to true.
Also bumps request dep a patch update.
updates the description of the matrix app to include info about the new beta directory used in the upstream argocd-apps repo

adds two new hostnames under apps.matrix.argo.secret_keys to use:

  argo:
    # secrets keys to make available to Argo CD ApplicationSets
    secret_keys:
      # sliding sync hostname to use for beta features
      sliding_sync_hostname: "sliding sync hostname to use for beta features"
      # auth hostname to use for beta features
      auth_hostname: "auth hostname to use for beta features"

Context

We need to support this to allow users to start testing element-x, which relies on both:

MAS, which implements msc3861 which you can read more about in this blog post by matrix.org
sliding-sync which is supposed to make matrix faster according to their promo video
