Peter completed initial middleware support.

  • Check manual R script using CSV files still work, and support for Unixen;

Need to extend this such that the risk analysis script can be rerun, as well as the disease mapping one.

Have fixed some path problems and tested that rerunning on Windows still works with the recent changes. Putting the generation of Unix scripts on hold until I've fixed #99 (removing duplication). Also the generation of the risk analysis rerun scripts will become part of #51.

This is all done. I'm going to open a new Issue for the idea of having rerun scripts on Unix-based platforms in the future.
