A Facetime button could be included to our App, such that customers can contact the shop owner and get direct advise to the product. Also, as long as they have not uploaded more products, they could easily show their store/product via video
For example, a shop owner could advise whether the shoe in question fits to the foot size/outfit etc...
In that case, an opt-in/opt-out for Shop owners needs to be offered from us, whether he/she wants to offer the Facetime option or not.
